Education is about more than achieving great results in the classroom. It is about discovering who you are, finding what you are passionate about, developing the confidence to step outside your comfort zone and gaining the skills you need to succeed in an ever-changing world.
Our Enrichment Programme is at the heart of this. Designed to complement academic learning, our extensive programme gives every student the opportunity to explore new interests, develop their talents, take on new challenges and discover possibilities they may never have considered before.
With over 20 enrichment opportunities, students can choose from a wide range of experiences designed to broaden their horizons and develop the skills that employers, universities and future opportunities value. From additional certified courses and qualifications to leadership opportunities, creative and practical experiences, teamwork, communication and activities outside their usual comfort zone, there is something for every student.
We believe that some of the most important learning happens beyond the classroom. Enrichment gives students the chance to take responsibility, work with others, solve problems, build resilience and develop the confidence to have a go at something new. It is an opportunity to discover strengths that may not be revealed through traditional academic study and to turn interests and curiosity into meaningful experiences.
Our programme is compulsory because we believe every student deserves access to these opportunities. We do not want enrichment to be something only a few students experience. Every student should have the chance to build their skills, broaden their experience and create a portfolio of achievements that reflects who they are as an individual.
By the time students leave us, we want them to have more than excellent academic qualifications. We want them to have experiences to talk about, achievements to be proud of, skills they can demonstrate and the confidence to embrace their next challenge.
